We are back in business!


Hello people!

Good news, we are now in KL! Alhamdulillah. And I am happy to announce that we are back in business. It is not official that we were temporary closed, but somehow the second pregnancy and post-delivery chaos made me not to receive orders. 

I am opening order for Aidilfitri, now you can pick up your homemade goodness cookies either in KL, Melaka and JB (only during this Aidilfitri). I'm still contemplating to take delivery order via courier.  

For my previous lovely customer, please be noted that I've revised the price for cookies. And they are cheaper! Hurrah for cheaper supplies here in KL. 

And for the black cookies (yeah the name was too long wasn't it?), I've decided to sell it by jar price, just like the rest of the guys. Easier. 

Please take a look and go order! I'll be closing for order by the second week of Ramadhan. 


Till then, it is so good to bake, (and blog) again.

P/s: I will update on new cookies, exclusively for Aidilfitri. Watch this space, people.

Good news for Melaka peeps!


Dear kind customer,

Good news for those in Melaka, (but not so good news for those on diet). I will be in Melaka for more than 3 weeks starting from tomorrow, and ready to receive orders of cupcakes, cakes and cookies starting from 8 February onwards. 

All orders are to be picked up at my parents' home at No 1111 Jalan Bachik, Km 6.4 Alai 75460 Melaka. Or we can deliver them to you with some delivery charges (RM8 for places around Melaka Tengah).


Red Velvet Cupcakes, Lemon Cupcakes, Chocolate Moist Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes, Classic Vanilla Bean Cupcakes, Devil's Food Cake, or any (cup)cakes that you feel like eating (and I can bake), just name it, I will try my best to deliver it to you. 

For those not in Melaka, fret not, you guys can still make an order. The Poslaju charge might be less than usual. Yeay!

Cookies!

 Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oatmeal


Ingredients: Flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, chocolate chip, and oat
Weight: 20g to 25g each
Price: RM18 for a jar (about 250g per jar)
Lifespan: Can lasts for a good month in airtight container. 
Serving suggestion: Best to be eaten with hot tea, or a glass of milk. Total comfort. 



 Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients: Butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, flour, corn flour and chocolate chip 
Weight: 10g to 20g each
Price: RM18 for a jar (about 250g per jar)
Lifespan: Can lasts for a good month in airtight container. 
Serving suggestion: Best to be eaten with a glass of milk. 
This cookie is quite sweet but you will keep reaching for more. 


Totally Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies (Black Cookies)



Ingredients: Butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, cocoa, dark chocolate and chocolate chips
Weight: 30g-35g each
Price: RM23 for a jar
Lifespan: Can lasts for a good month in airtight container. 
Serving suggestion: Perfect snack for chocolate lover, eat it alone, or with black coffee, or a glass of milk, of course.

My personal favourite. Very chocolatey, crispy but will melt instantly in your mouth. A bit pricey, but its all worth it. Trust me.

Cakes!

Chocolate Moist Cake


Ingredients: Flour, cocoa powder, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, coffee powder, evaporated full cream milk, chocolate, and whipped cream
Weight: 1.5-2kg
Layer: Two 
Price: RM50 for 8" round cake
Lifespan: Seven to ten days in the fridge, two days in room temperature
Serving suggestion: Best to be eaten after 5 mins out of fridge

This crowd pleaser is simply rich and moist with chocolatey taste. You can opt for three layers, or bitter chocolate, but I usually use normal cooking chocolate.



Devil's Food Cake


Ingredients: Dark cocoa powder, flour, black sugar, eggs, sugar and butter.
Weight: 1kg
Layer: Two
Price: RM45 for 8" round cake
Lifespan: Seven days in the fridge. Not to be left in room temperature for too long as the frosting will melt.
Serving suggestion: Best to be eaten after 7 mins out of the fridge

This very rich chocolatey taste cake is definitely for chocolate lover. Don't eat it when you are full, because you will not be able to enjoy the richness and unique taste of the frosting. 



 Red Velvet Cake










Ingredients: Flour, sugar, vanilla seeds, cocoa powder, vinegar, buttermilk, sugar, butter, cream cheese, eggs.
Weight: 1.5-2.0 kg
Layer: Two
Price: RM40 for 6" round cake and RM55 for 8" round cake
Serving suggestion: Best to be eaten after 7 mins out of fridge, with black coffee. 


Rich, moist, and tangy with very vibrant color. For those who don't fancy something sweet, this is not for you. (Believe me, I've cut the sugar in the frosting to a third from the original recipe). But for those who has sweet tooth, this cake is just perfect for celebration.
